On stage performance times
Duration of the engagement (including arrival & departure times)
Technical & lighting specification (dependant on the venue size & number of guests in relation to the appropriate size of PA and lighting effects)
Any other specific customer or venue requirements
We don't claim to be the cheapest band available but like most things you get what you pay for. It is worth bearing in mind that everyone will always remember your wedding reception for the right reasons if the entertainment has been good. During the past four years we have sent out feedback forms after every booking and have been consistently rated as ‘excellent value for money’. The feedback from these forms can be found on the feedback page of our website.
Our fees vary between £700 & £1000 and we would be happy to provide you with an exact quote for your function. In order to do this, it would be helpful to have details of the venue, together with the approximate timings for the event.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Sufficient room at the venue for a six-piece band: Minimum of 15ft wide x 12ft deep
A reliable and safe electricity supply with at least 4 power points
Please ensure that your venue does not operate a noise limiter. Due to the low levels often set, these are a serious problem for most bands and we will not play at venues where a noise limiter is present.
HOW DO YOU BOOK US?
We are available all year and will contract the first confirmed booking without prejudice (see our 'Gig Dates' page for more details). Many of our bookings generate multiple enquiries. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to book the band as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during the peak periods.
Dates become fully secured on receipt of a signed contract and deposit.
Contact us to ascertain availability and submit details of your function. Providing we are free on your chosen date, we will provide a fee quote based on the information provided. We will also answer any questions you may have.
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will discuss your final arrangements and a contract will be posted to you. After signing and returning the contract with your deposit, the date and the band's services will be secured.
We will contact you a couple of weeks prior to the event to confirm arrangements.
